Something Loved

Something Gleaned
This is the most encouraging, powerful, and inspirational article I read in the past month. It will give you hope for all the lost souls in your circles of influence, and encourage you to keep praying.
Something Braved or Saved
I “braved” the Black Friday sale at Menards to get this electric fireplace for $120 off. We’ve had a wood-burning stove for a long time that is currently out of service and no longer practical for our needs. In our large living room with northern exposure, we need an additional heat source, and this one was too good to pass up. I’ll share photos next month of the completed setup!
Also, in my first Thanksgiving post-divorce, I braved making the entire Thanksgiving feast for the first time by myself, with my teen daughter’s help. It was a smashing success because I brined the turkey the day before, and used this recipe for the gravy, which ended up being the star of the meal.
Something Achieved
I laid the groundwork for a new mastermind I’ll be hosting for women in ministry. It will be starting up in January 2023, and you can learn about it HERE.
