How to Praise God by Studying the Skies

The skies are a wonderful springboard for praising God. We can study them throughout the day to praise God for his creation, beauty and majesty. Here are some practical tips for studying the skies.

How to Praise God by Studying the Skies

You can praise God by studying the skies in these simple ways:

  • Every morning, look at the sun or clouds for a moment. Thank God for their particular beauty that day.
  • Study the differences in light in a certain area of your home or property. They shift throughout the day and night. Praise God that even when the light changes, his presence remains constant, and his character never changes.
  • During a thunderstorm, praise God for his power and might. Praise him for protecting you through many storms in the past.
  • At sunset, get outside and marvel at the colors. Praise God for his masterful artistry.
  • During the night, look at the stars. Praise God for watching over you every night with love and protection.
