How to Make Your Resolutions Stick

Before you hang your head in shame, know that up to 80 percent of us quit our resolutions by the end of January every year.  If your resolution hasn’t stuck, you’re in good company.  But I have hope for you today.  You can start over with greater success while using the fruit of self-control.

As I wrote about in my book, The Fruitful Life, self-control has always been the most challenging fruit for me to bear.  I feel that if I could gain more self-control, the Holy Spirit would bless me with more fruit in the eight other areas.  At the end of 2019, I read a wonderful book on self-control…

If You Feel Like Giving Up

If You Feel Like Giving Up

By meditating on a key scripture, you can keep on keeping on with greater faith.
