Faith to Energize and Inspire Others

Faith to Energize and Inspire Others is an inspirational prayer for evangelism. I’m praying this today, and you can pray this prayer with me.

Today’s post is the ninth one in the #write28days challenge, in which I’m participating during the month of February 2021. Today’s prompt is “Energize,” and here is my prayer/poem.

Faith to Energize and Inspire Others

Father God,

Give me faith

too good to keep

all to myself.

Faith like a wonderfully warm

potato on a winter day

too delicious

to hold in my own lap.

Faith that will nourish

and energize others

with goodness

and strength.

Faith that inspires

others to share their own

and pass it around

the bonfire

while we bundle up

together.

May my faith

energize and inspire others

like you energize

and inspire me.

May the little flame

you place inside me

shine so bright

others can’t resist

its warmth.

May they be warmed

by my light

energized and inspired

to invite others

in a circle around.

May we never hide

our faith under a basket

but set it out for all to see

and point others toward your glory.
