A Prayer for Humility

Did you know that there are only six weeks left until the U.S. election? I know not all of my readers are located in the U.S. Yet, I want to start six weeks of prayers that are non-partisan to help you find peace throughout the next few weeks.

I’m writing the prayers based on biblical virtues, so they can apply to everyone who is reading. I’ll also include no-filter pictures of the changing leaves in my Missouri woods. May these Scripture-based prayers strengthen and encourage you.

Happy first day of autumn! I’ve written a prayer to celebrate autumn. Today, I want to lead you on a virtual prayer walk through my Missouri woods.

I’ve been spending the past few weeks working from my porch in the woods. It’s lovely being surrounded by nature all day long. Though many of you can’t enjoy that option, I hope you enjoy this virtual tour. May this prayer encourage you to pause, celebrate God’s goodness, and inspire you to go on your own prayer walk in nature this fall.
